What we do

Cayhill Partners is a communications executive search, capability benchmarking and coaching business. We have spent years completely immersed in and dedicated to the world of communications and corporate affairs. We’re specialists, not generalists.

We combine a deep, first-hand understanding of the senior communications world with a flexible approach to executive search and head-hunting.  Recognising that no two clients are the same, we offer each an expert and bespoke service.  That includes, for example, a one year guarantee on all our work, adaptable fee structures, as well as the ability to produce short-lists which are distinctly different from our competitors. Our communications expertise is second to none – founder Dee Cayhill has operated in this space for over 25 years and brings exceptional knowledge and insight.

We offer three key services:

  • Executive search. Providing our clients with the in-depth knowledge, insight and advice they need to identify and recruit their corporate affairs leaders and senior communications teams.
  • Communications capability reviews. A bespoke and comprehensive research and analysis service, allowing companies to benchmark their current communications and corporate affairs capabilities against other organisations.
  • Career coaching and leadership development. A tailored and confidential executive career coaching service, we work with communications and other business leaders to focus on their challenges and enhance performance and results for their organisations.

We also offer comprehensive career advice to our candidates.

Dee is exceptionally well networked within and knowledgeable about the senior corporate affairs world. Professional and discreet, she isn’t afraid to challenge when the situation requires and she presented us with an impressive and thought-provoking choice of candidates. She is robust and adaptable and remained positive throughout the project, even when circumstances changed mid brief.
